Food and Snacks
Please make sure that your child eats a big breakfast and has enough food packed for their lunch and snacks. Your camper will be very active all day and will need plenty of energy and nutrition. Better to over-pack slightly than to under-pack.
Nuts and other Allergens
Food sent to camp cannot contain any nuts. This includes any packaging that says “may contain nuts‘” in the ingredients.
If you send a snack with unmarked packaging such as something homemade, or something that you redistributed into a separate container, please write “no nuts” on it or include a note saying that there are no nuts.
If an EpiPen is required, a special form will be necessary to inform the camp team. It can be filled out at drop-off on their first day or filled out in advance.
Please bring your child’s EpiPen so that we may always have it on hand.
To mitigate the spread of illness, please do not bring your child to camp if they are not feeling well or have not felt well in the last 24 hours. This policy is not limited to Covid-19, it also includes all common symptoms and illnesses.
Camper absence may be recorded in the parent portal. For all other inquires, please email camps@eastyorkgym.com.
