These classes are perfect for the first-time gymnast and students with some experience.  The program involves fitness, fundamental gymnastic skills, shapes and movement patterns and the instruction is geared to each athlete’s ability while providing an exciting, positive and confidence building environment.

Choose from 1 hr, 1.5 hr or 2 hr classes all with the same class structure, simply longer time on the equipment.

• Coaches are subject to change without notice due to availability.
• Prices listed do not include an annual, per student, EYGC registration fee – valid July 1 – June 30 of each year. Registration fee TBC each year.
• Age limits are calculated as of the first day of the class.
