Tumbling and Technique
Technique classes focus on developing the fundamental skills and progressions on the floor. Athletes work on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and walkovers while building strength, coordination, body awareness, and proper technique. These classes are an excellent supplement to any gymnastics program, providing additional opportunities for skill refinement and progression.
Available in 1-hour and 1.5-hour formats. Open to athletes of all experience levels.
This advanced tumbling class is designed for athletes looking to develop and refine acrobatic floor skills. Participants work through structured progressions toward skills such as walkovers, round-offs, and back handsprings while developing power and technique. Athletes utilize specialized training equipment including the tumble track, rod floor, and trampoline to accelerate learning and skill development.
Previous gymnastics or tumbling experience is required. This class is not suitable for beginners. 1.5 hours.

- Prices listed do not include an annual, per student, EYGC registration fee – valid July 1 – June 30 of each year. Registration fee TBC each year.
- Students must meet age requirements by Nov 1, Mar 1 or May 15, dependent on session.
